Divine Office:

The Divine Office (or the Liturgy of the Hours) is a compilation of daily prayers based on the Psalms, scripture of the day, and reflections that has been used by the Church since the Second Century. Today all priests and consecrated religious pray these prayers throughout the day. They are often recognized by their names of Lauds, Vespers, and Compline. The laity are invited to pray this prayer as well and it is a beautiful way to pray the Psalms.

The Catholic Church has many traditional prayers that are prayed in community and alone. Follow this link to the most common prayers prayed by our Church.
