Food Service



Chef Ray prepares each item from scratch daily in the Father Lopez kitchen. We will offer a main lunch selection, as well as an alternate Vegetarian choice. Everything is home made, which means with prior notice we can also accommodate food allergies and food sensitivities. Menus will be emailed weekly as well as posted in the Education Building and Cafeteria.



Main Lunch


Monday:  HOME STYLE CLASSICS - Comfort food such as chicken tenders with homemade chips, mac & cheese, Sloppy Joes, Jambalaya and chili.


Tuesday: FIESTA TUESDAY - All your favorites from tacos and enchiladas to nachos and more!


Wednesday:  TASTE OF ITALY - Classic Italian dishes such as lasagna, chicken alfredo, ravioli and pastas - always topped with house made sauces. Served with bread sticks.


Thursday:  FROM THE GRILL - A variety of wood smoked meats cooked to perfection out back on our competition smoker. Served with chef made sides.


Friday:  PIZZA - Handcrafted individual personal pizzas with inspired toppings.

Lunch will cost $5 and can be purchased in the cafeteria using cash, credit/debit cards or by setting up a lunch account. Cards are NEVER pre-loaded!  When you set up an account, you will receive an email each time your account is charged and it will include a detailed list of what your student is purchasing. This account may be canceled at any time. If you do not wish to place your card on file you can purchase an electronic gift card for your student by clicking this link:
