Food Service

 

Chef Ray prepares each item from scratch daily in the Father Lopez kitchen. We will offer a hot main lunch selection daily. On certain days, an alternate Chef's Special will be offered. Everything is home made, which means with prior notice we can also accommodate food allergies and food sensitivities. Menus will be emailed weekly as well as posted in the Education Building, Cafeteria and on the school website.

 

 

Main Lunch

 

Monday:  HOME STYLE CLASSICS - Comfort food such as chicken tenders with homemade chips, mac & cheese, Sloppy Joes

 

Tuesday: FIESTA TUESDAY - All your favorites from tacos and enchiladas to nachos and more!

 

Wednesday:  TASTE OF ITALY - Classic Italian dishes such as lasagna, chicken alfredo, ravioli and pastas - always topped with house made sauces. Served with bread sticks.

 

Thursday:  CHEF'S CLASSICS - Requested student favorites such as burgers, cheeseburger mac, Asian fried rice and egg rolls, wraps and more!

 

Friday:  PIZZA - Handcrafted individual personal pizzas with inspired toppings. We also offer a pasta selection as an alternative.

 

Always Available in the Lunch Line & Vending Machines (Vending Machines are Cash Only)

Lunch costs $5 (cash) and $6 for card or account. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay or CashApp or you can set up a lunch account. Lunch account credit cards are NEVER pre-loaded!  When you set up an account, you will receive an email each time your account is charged and it will include a detailed list of what your student is purchasing. This account may be canceled at any time.
