$3 Donation to dress down, incudes a vote for your favorite college team.
Students and staff, it’s time to deck yourself out in your favorite college spirit swag and show your colors! There will be a $3 college dress down day on Thursday, September 16 as a kick-off to this year’s Celebrate event! Celebrate is Lopez’s biggest fundraiser for the school and the 40th annual event will beheld on October 16.
Everyone who pays to dress down will also get to vote for their favorite college football team. These will be the first votes cast and will kick off our online voting contest. The winning college will be announced at Celebrate on October 16. We will then celebrate that school at Lopez for a whole week, later this school year.
Which team will we celebrate this year? Will we have to listen to the UF Fight Song, and “We Are the Boys” again this year, every-single-day-for-a-week?! Time, and the votes, will tell.
