Mission Trips

Father Lopez offers a mission trip opportunity every year to our sister diocese of San Juan de la Maguana in the Dominican Republic. To learn more about our sister diocese, visit our Diocese of Orlando Mission Office.

Seniors, juniors and sophomores are invited to apply by October, and if selected, they will be part of our February Mission Team, with nearly 20 students on each team. Our student missionaries serve in the schools in San Juan de Maguana, and countless students who have attended one of our mission trips consider it the highlight of their four years at Lopez. It is a life-changing experience that helps students encounter the face of Christ in new ways and opens their heart to God’s presence in their lives and to the needs of others.
