College Admissions Presentations – Thursday, October 1, 2026

We are excited to host representatives from the University of Miami and Florida State University on Thursday, October 1, 2026, in the Chapel.

• University of Miami: 8:00 a.m. — The presentation will take the entire class period.
• Florida State University: 1:00 p.m.

Students who wish to attend must obtain permission from their teacher before attending the presentation. Students are responsible for completing any missed assignments, classwork, or assessments resulting from their attendance.

Please stop by my office to pick up a permission slip. The slip must be signed by the teacher of the class period you will be missing.

The deadline to submit your completed permission slip is Monday, September 28. Students will not be permitted to attend the presentation without a completed and signed permission slip.

These presentations are excellent opportunities to learn more about the admissions process, academic programs, campus life, and what each university has to offer.
