The Orthopedic Clinic of Daytona Beach will be hosting a FREE sports physical day for ALL athletes who need a physical or updated physical. The physical will be good for the 2019-2020 athletic year. ATTENTION PARENTS AND ATHLETES: if you will be/plan on attending the free physical day on August 10th please print, sign and bring the attached Student Physical Consent and Release form with you next Saturday or your child will not be allowed to get a physical. This is a liability form from The Orthopedic Clinic that will allow them to do the physicals.
