Building Number 1: Maintenance
Our new maintenance facility centralizes our efforts to keep our campus looking great and working at peak performance.We have storage, centralized air handlers, and more to facilitate the work our maintenance crew performs each day.
Building Number 2: The France Family Multi-Purpose Building
The Father Lopez cafeteria can seat over 300 with the folding walls closing off the far end of the building.When opened, the room can seat 500 for dining and assemblies.There is additional good-weather seating outside on picnic benches. Our full kitchen will provide hot lunches for our students.The far end of the building is used as a dance studio, a performance theater with a slide-down stage, and houses music rehearsal rooms. During times of inclement weather, the building will be used for assemblies and school masses.
Building Number 3: Administration Building
Our administrative staff will be housed in the offices within this building. Our guidance office and a new student resource center can be found here along with the teachers' break-room, a conference room, and a fire safe record room.
Building Number 4: The Pope John Paul II Memorial Chapel
The Father Lopez chapel, modeled after the chapel of Our Lady de la Leche in St. Augustine, is located at the center of our beautiful new campus.This central position on campus serves as a reminder of the central position of Christ in our lives.The chapel includes seating for one hundred and will be used for daily prayer, class-level masses and liturgical celebrations, and theology classes. School masses will be celebrated in the outdoor worship area you will see as you exit the chapel.
Building Number 5: The O'Neil Family Media Center
The media center is the technological heart of the school.The building houses a computer lab, a computer graphics lab, a television production studio, the technology coordinator office, and several student workstations in the library area. A classroom, an art classroom, a media specialist's office, and restrooms are also located in the media center.In the library area, there will be tables and chairs, several book stacks, and a circulation/reference desk.
Building Number 6: The France Family Instructional Building
There are 16 classrooms and 4 science labs in our state-of-the-art instructional building. Each classroom and science lab is equipped with wireless capability, ceiling-mounted multi-media projectors, voice enhancement systems, document cameras, wireless tablets to control teacher laptops from anywhere in the room, interactive student responders, and AV equipment including VCR, DVD player, and cable television. The rooms are designed for a maximum of twenty-four students.This building also boasts four teacher workrooms to encourage collegiality and professional growth, laptop carts that can be wheeled into classrooms as needed, and an elevator to ensure 100% ADA compliance.
Building Number 7: The Brown and Brown Field House
This dual-court gymnasium with seating for 740 spectators divides easily by means of a moving wall. The building has space for our outstanding sports programs to grow. There is a full fitness center, equipped with Nautilus machines, a power-lifting set-up for weight training, a team's classroom, home and away locker rooms, and coaches offices. Outside, we have a football/soccer stadium with seating for over 1000 fans, in addition to practice field and a track that can be used to host track meets.
