Father Lopez Catholic High School is a member of the Florida High School Athletic Association. It is therefore governed by the rules and regulations of their organization.

Father Lopez has a comprehensive athletic program that offers a variety of sports each season: fall, winter, and spring. The FHSAA mandates that in order to be eligible to participate, a student must maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA and must pass six subjects for the semester immediately preceding
participation.
