ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Welcome to Father Lopez Catholic High School and thank you
for your interest in our school!
When to Apply:
Father Lopez Catholic High School encourages families to begin the application process as soon as possible. Priority will be given to applications received by December 3, 2011. The application must be completed and supplemental application forms downloaded, completed, and returned to the school. A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 must be submitted with each application. This fee covers the cost associated with the application process, entrance exam, and any other associated exams.
How to Apply:
Please visit our school website at www.fatherlopez.org and open the Online Application under the Admissions area of our website.
Application Procedures:
Freshmen: Eighth graders seeking enrollment as freshmen at FLCHS will be considered after the following have been completed and/or received.
Step 1: Submit completed online application and application fee.
Step 2: Take Entrance Exam. Saturday, December 3, 2011 7:45 a.m.
Step 3: Submit copies of most recent report card including discipline and attendance marks.
Step 4: Submit current physical examination and immunization records.
Transfer Students: A student wishing to transfer to FLCHS will be considered after all the following have been completed and/or received:
Step 1: Submit completed online application and application fee.
Step 2: Submit unofficial copies of student's records including academic, attendance, disciplinary, health, and standardized testing records.
Step 3: Schedule a personal interview with the Principal
Please Note: A student is provisionally accepted until all official records have been received from the previous school. A student may be accepted on probation with specific terms of continuing enrollment determined by the Administration of Father Lopez Catholic High School.
